Clean up/Dry up Wetted Materials Following a Water Event Immediately and Repair Leak Source.
Maintain Relative Humidity within the Occupied Areas of the Home at No More Than 40% and Basements and Attics at No More Than 50%.
Change Air Filters Every 2-3 Months, and Clean/Maintain Humidifiers.
Ensure Soffit Vents in Attic Are Not Blocked and Bathroom Vents Extend out through the Roof.
Check Washing Machine Hoses Regularly and Change Hoses Every 5 Years.
Ensure Proper Clearance of Landscaping around the Home.
